Check the availability of the option before finalizing your order. If your payment is confirmed it will be delivered the product according your location. If payment is made after this deadline, it will normally be delivered the next business days. Delivery is only valid from Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays.
You can track your order at any time after it is submitted. Proceed as follows: check the status of your order directly in the MY ORDERS menu after logging in to your account next to our website, then just click on track delivery and you will be following your order.
The deadline is calculated according to the zip code provided and is at the end of your order, just below the shipping address. You can order via phone call!
The delivery time varies according to each PIN code and location chosen. You can check the deadlines available for the delivery address when placing your order. Just place a product in your cart and select "Checkout". Just choose the one that best suits your need!

Cost of Delivery:
Delivery can be free for purchases over a minimum purchase price and you can check the cart offer when entering your zip code. If your order does not reach the minimum value (it may vary by state) for free shipping, the cost of delivery will be calculated according to the zip code of your shipping address (fees and services are not included in this value). If you would like your order delivered even faster than our normal delivery, please see the shipping options available for your zip code.
- For the types of Delivery the date of the order does not count in the calculation of the time of delivery, but the date of confirmation of the payment. Your order will be shipped within 5-7 business days after payment confirmation. This period may be changed during periods of specific campaigns.
- Delivery dates are an estimate and there may be slight delays due to external factors such as excessive rains, extreme risk areas and rural areas.

In accordance with the legislation in force in India, if you are a non-professional Consumer and are not satisfied with any of the Products or Services purchased, you may return the Product (s) or cancel the order (s) ) by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt informing the Company of its intention to terminate the contract, exclusively on the 14 (fourteen) days following the date of delivery of the Product (s) or, in case of Service provision (s), at the date of conclusion of the contract.
Subject to compliance with the aforementioned 14 (fourteen) day period, Customer's reimbursement shall be made within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the revocation of the order was communicated by the Customer to the Company.
The return (transportation) costs of the Product (s) returned shall, in principle and unless otherwise agreed by the parties to the contrary, be borne by the Company.
In any case, the refund of the Price of the Product (s) ordered, delivered to the Customer and subsequently returned by the Customer to the Company will only be made to the extent that the Product (s) returned has been inspected and considered complete and in good condition by the Company.
Return of Products in case of error in Customer's Order -
In case of an error at the time of your Order (reference, allocation, brand, quantity, address), the Customer must contact the Company by electronic mail, no later than the hour following receipt of the Order Confirmation, to request the immediate cancellation of the Order.
Return Conditions for Products -
In order for the Company to accept the returned Product (s), the Customer must follow the following procedure:
Contact the Company via e-mail via your Customer account or by telephone to be issued a return authorization and the respective transport document.
Replace the Product in its original packaging with no damage.
Place the original packaging and return authorization (after printing) in the protective packaging.
Contact the Carrier of the Company to request the removal of the Order.
Deliver the Order accompanied by the transport document to the courier.
Compliance with this procedure will ensure that the Product (s) arrive at the correct destination and in good condition as soon as possible. In the event that the Customer does not comply with this procedure, it is possible that the Product (s) returned will not be accepted by the Company.
The Company reserves the right to reject any Product that is not returned in accordance with the conditions described above.
Exchanges and Refunds:
The payment of the refund will be made through the same method used for the payment of the initial order, for example Credit or Debit Card or via others.
If the reason for the return is attributable to us (i.e. defective product or error in the processing of the order), we will reimburse the entire amount paid by the customer.
However, in the case of an order of several products and only a part is returned or exchanged, no refund of shipping costs will be processed.
